daily affirmations 4/12/22

As I pour water on to my face, a begin washing it to start my day. I am washing away all the negative thoughts, all the negative feelings and all the negative attachments I once held to yesterday. Today is the beginning of a new day. I am fresh, I am clean, I am pure. What happened yesterday does not define today. I am at peace. I am content. I am loved. I am valued. I am special. I am so beautiful. I am wanted. I am successful. I am respected. The power of this universal life force of water has great power, great strength, great resilience and great compassion. I absorb those energies to my face, through my skin, into my blood vessels, deep within my bones and deep into my soul. This fills my mind, my heart and my soul with deep love, deep compassion and deep understanding. I am at peace. I am loved. I am important. I love myself. Love me. I love who I am. I fully accept exactly who I am. I matter. Everything is okay.
