I open my heart with deep love and compassion. I am safe, I am protected, I am ready! I am love. I am compassion. I stand here not releasing away all the reluctancy to be open. I stand here now receiving all the love and compassion that surrounds me. I act with love, my very thoughts are of love to myself and others. Others around me see my love and compassion. This is a source of strength. I laugh without partiality. I am kind. Thoughtful. I speak with compassion in my heart. I listen to all that my heart desires, all that my heart guides me to. My heart leads me into more compassion. My heart opens fully to the beautiful opportunities surrounding me, I am receiving beauty, I am receiving guidance, I am surrounded with true love. I am authentic. I am creative. I create my own reality. It is beautiful. I am strong. I am courageous. I am bold. I am loved deeply and unconditionally. I release all feelings of the past that caused me to lock up. I am no longer locked up, all my chakras are aligned as my heart opens deeply to this world and all that it offers. I am safe.
