Disappointment

Disappointments happen when we’re expecting a particular outcome but that outcome does not come into reality.

Maybe that situationship did quite pan out or that job interview didn’t work out. Or maybe your hopes and dreams feel so impossible and your feeling this feeling of disappointment!!

Whatever the case.. know that your feelings of disappointment are valid. It’s okay to get excited and hope for things to happen a certain way.

How do we cope with this?

Journaling, talking to a friend, allow yourself to feel the emotions of disappointment.
