Making a choice

Take time breathing in and out while allowing your body to relax.

Then say the first thing your stuck on. How does this make your body feel? Where in your body do you feel feelings the most when you say this choice? Or do you not have any reaction?

Then say the second thing you are stuck on. Where do you feel it most in your body? How does it feel?

Which one do you react more too?

The one that you react more to is more than likely the one that will give you the most experience. It’s also the one your body is most attracted to. So then the question is… is this a “healthy” choice for you?
