Gratitude is an emotional state that combines : Acceptance, Reflection and Acknowledgment all into one. This creates a high vibration mindset. This kind of energy attracts beautiful things into your life.
We could all use to be in a state of gratitude for what we have right now. Even if you feel that your lacking things you need. Gratitude will instantly change your mindset and becareful if you continue to practice Gratitude daily, it will permanently change the way you look at things. Permanently changing the way you look at things will cause a ripple effect of changes in your life.
How to cultivate Gratitude!
- Name things that your Grateful for.
- Try to find at least 3 things a day that make you happy and that you are grateful for
- Daily affirmations
- Affirmations are the seeds that your planting within your soul that grow into these beautiful energy shifts over time
- Focus on your self care routine
- Try spending more time in your self care routine. Give yourself extra time alone, sit down and focus on your breathing. While alone take time to reflect more on what you do have.
- Remember that negativity is apart of our life.
- Always remember that there is negative emotions we feel but they don’t have to be negative they can just be “unwanted” emotions. It’s all about our perspective.
These are some ways to adjust your mindset or perspective on your reality. It’s not fool proof. People spend a lot of time thinking and thinking about things that are going to happen the wrong way. Why not try to think of things from a more healthy mindset of Gratitude.
It’s not impossible. But if you start practicing these things you will showing notice shifts in your life. It feels so great to see the seeds of Gratitude start growing even rather quickly.
