Take time to see what works for you and your schedule. I know life can be so busy and consuming. But how we love other people is contingent on how we treat ourselves. So it’s vital to fit in your busy schedule some sort of routine that gives you care.
Journaling about this can help.
Make a list of the things you feel are associated with self care.
Cross of the stuff that is associated with someone else.
Now try out some of the stuff on the list. If your already doing it great. Add extra time in!
The whole point of self care routines is not for it to be a chore but it’s the time that you get to spend giving yourself the love, validation and compassion you deserve!
