I am filled with so much abundance and love. Today, I sit here admiring all that I was, all that I am, and all that I have yet to become. I am filled with deep gratitude. I have everything I need.

I humbly accept where I am right now knowing all that is, will no longer be. I step forward fully embracing my life. I accept myself for who I am, what I will be and the sacrifices I made to be here.

I humbly fill my heart with love and compassion, compelling forgiveness energies, healing energies and love upon all those whom once wronged me. With compassion I send love to those that I have personally wronged. With honor and dignity, I release away the pain, heart aches, oppression, anxiety, distress and anger I once felt for those whom have harmed me, I send them love and compassion, may they also be free and liberated from their pain.

I take back all my power from people, places, things and energies. My power is my power alone.

I humbly stand here, honored and filled with gratitude for all that I am and all that I have created. I am thankful.
