Hey you.

I see you out there. I know you have had such a long difficult journey. It’s been hard. It’s dark and scary! I know it feels like all this world has offered you is suffering, pain and reasons to run. You have spent years just trying to survive and navigate to a place where you could hold your head above water and just as you get your head up above water, your knocked right back down by something or someone that propels you back in to the depths of despair.

All the while, you spent countless hours, days and even nights just trying to navigate your way through to the other side but you cannot even see which direction to take because you have become lost in it all.

Take a breath with me. I hear you. I see you. I understand.

You’re not alone.

I know this world has not been kind. I know your experiences weigh you down. But my dear fellow soul, hear me… Remember who you are. You are the child who once played with a smile on their face, you are the soul that once reached out and offered helped to those around you. No matter how dark you feel. Remember you are of Divine Light. You are a brightness that glows in the darkness. A beacon of light.
