Guided Meditations

Meditation can be hard for some people. We have so many things to do in a 24 hour day, between the kids, the job, the family and our responsibilities it can feel almost impossible most days to even have a moment of meditation. This section discusses the importance of meditation. Here I will give you mini guidance meditations, as well as deep meditative guidance to help you balance your over all well being. Each meditative guidance is with the intention of healing parts of your body and calming the mind using reiki healing as well as other energy healing methods.
