Today as I sit up in my bed to start this beautiful morning, I realize it is now time to release away all the energy of you. When I stand up from this bed, I am in full alignment with myself, my purpose, with who I am and who I wish to become. I am confident, I am bold, I am courageous. I am receiving what is divinely mine, and releasing what is not. I honor the sanctity of my energy, my transmutation and the glory of God’s Divine Intervention. I release away all the heavy feelings of how things ended. I release away any stories that do not bring us honor and all the remaining expectations to outcomes. I release away the reluctancy of moving forward. I release away my need to be validated, understood and heard by you. I am my own validation, I am my own love, I am my own guidance. I release the pain of our ending story. I release away all negative energy surrounding us, all karmic ties all blockages. With absolute love and deep compassion I release all of that energy back into the universe to be completely cleansed and transmuted into beautiful healing energies. With deep compassion I intertwine all of the beautiful moments with you, sending them with love back to you, but keeping some to fill my heart with exuberance. I thank you dearly from the bottom of my heart for the gift of knowing you. I am so grateful for the beautiful privilege of knowing you for the time that I knew you, thank you so much for giving me these moments, for honoring that time we had. It fills my heart with deep compassion to know that we shared so much and gave so much. I honor you by respecting those memories, respecting your space and your sanctity of energy. Thank you!
